#4 Kpop Song of the Week

This week's Kpop song of the week is ZE:A's Daily Daily!

ZE:A is not a very popular group although they are funny and talented but I really do not know why they have not won any awards for any songs since they made their debut in 2011. This song, Daily daily, was originally a Japanese track and its Korean version was included in their 2nd album, Spectacular.

Had our last Korean lesson with 선생님 before our advanced 3 test this coming Saturday. I'll have to put in at least an hour of studying daily before the test next week. I didn't take the advanced 2 test as I was preparing to go to Boston and so now I guess I'll have to get the certificate for this level like as proof I finished the course successfully.

So last Saturday night, we went to 선생님's house for dinner. 선생님 made us 비빔밥 and 전! It was really yummy! 

비빔밥 looks quite easy to make and maybe next time I'll try to make it. It's literally like mixing everything together. I even mixed the kimchi in while I was eating. Hehe. Really really yummy!! 

For dessert, we had Janel언니's brownie cake with ice cream! It was delicious too! It was actually supposed to be a cake but it somehow became a brownie maybe because it was chewy. Hehe and can you guess who is that on the brownie cake? Hehehe.  

Had a fun day with the 언니들 at the 노래방 and then at 선생님's house. Hehe. Really enjoy spending time with them ^^

Guess what Vanessa언니 bought for me? 짜잔! 

EXO stickers on Katalk! Hehehe. 

But I think the translations from the Korean set of stickers into English are a little off. 

"저신 차려" 어떻게 "Cheer up" 야~ 

Kris' expression totally doesn't match. It should be translated to something like "get a grip" or "wake up" instead of "cheer up". 

ㅋㅋㅋ 

Am so happy with these stickers! Though I wished that there could be more to play with but there are only 12 to use. Hehe.

XOXO by EXO. What did you just say? Yes, it's the song that has a title with a similar pronunciation as the group's name. 

This week's Kpop song of the week is EXO's XOXO. I decided on this song although I'm pretty sure that EXO's quite popular >< I really like this song so this will be this week's song recommendation ^^

This week's song of the week is SHINee's Why So Serious! I decided to write this post randomly just cos I realized that SHINee felt different without Jonghyun. 

What happened to Jjong? He met with a car accident and had a broken nose so throughout the promotion of this song, they performed with 4 members.

#1 Kpop Song of the Week

Decided to start posting about my favourite song for the week. It may be an old song or a new song or it may be a song that isn't so popular ^^ There'll be a song every week! Hopefully there won't be any repeats. Haha. I'm someone who can hum the same tune and sing the same song for a few weeks in a row. It sounds annoying right? Hehe.

So, this week's song is Super Junior's 너로부터 (From U).

Skincare products recommendation

I just wanted to write about some products that I really like. I really like them because they went with me to Boston and proved to be reliable skincare products.


Clean and Clear Acen Spot Treatment.

PQ recommended it to me as I had a bad breakout in Boston, probably from the dorm bed sheets. I have pretty sensitive skin :/ After applying this for a day, my pimples reduced in redness and they didn't hurt anymore. I'm still using it now after returning home and I really like it. It helps control swelling and reduces the pain.

I usually apply this twice a day, in the morning and just before going to bed. I would apply this before applying my CC cream as I feel it helps take care of my pimples before applying my makeup. Haha. Something like using the Ganier Pimple Tint.
The Face Shop Chia Seed Watery Lotion.

This is the second product that I really like. I was recommended this product by the sales person at The Face Shop and it was the latest product then. I think it was around 3 to 4 months ago when I bought this and I'm still using it now. So I think it's pretty worth the money. Hehe.

I brought it to Boston with me and I apply it everyday there. The weather was less humid there and in fact pretty dry so I could apply it twice and apply it before my makeup. However, back home, I only apply it once at night before going to bed. It is too humid here for me to apply before my makeup. Once I tried applying it before my makeup and my eye makeup smudged quite quickly. The weather here makes it really difficult to have perfect makeup for the whole day sigh. I really would recommend this product as it isn't a strong moisturiser, it smells nice and it solved my dry skin problem ^^
Another reason for me to like this product... EXO K endorses this product! HEE. It was only recently did I find that out!

Hehehe. I guess that's all I've to write about until I get my new set of Korean makeup hehehe. I think around mid october.
And now SJM is endorsing Tony Moly. Does that mean I should buy Tony Moly products now? Hehehe. But I really like Etude House. Why are their products so expensive here.
